Influence of Competency and Soft Skill on Teachers' Performance through Teachers' Creativity

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of competence soft skills on teacher performance through creativity at MAN Malakaji Gowa. The research approach used a quantitative approach. researcher saturated sampling technique sample, with sample size 60 teachers. Sources data in this are primary secondary data. was obtained using questionnaire distributed directly respondents.
